Welcome to LSZAI. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the LMSZAI website, mobile applications, and services.

By accessing or using LMSZAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Platform.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using LMSZAI, you:

- Acknowledge you have read and understood these Terms

- Agree to be legally bound by these Terms

- Represent you have legal capacity to enter this agreement

- Agree to comply with all applicable laws

If using LMSZAI on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

2.1 Account Creation

To access features, you must provide:

- Accurate and complete registration information

- Valid email address

- Secure password

- Other required information

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials

- All activities under your account

- Notifying us of unauthorized use immediately

- Keeping account information current and accurate

2.3 Account Restrictions

You may NOT:

- Create multiple accounts to abuse services

- Share or sell account access

- Use another person's account

- Impersonate any person or entity

- Create accounts using false information

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Age Requirements

- Must be 18+ years old to create an account

- Users 13-17 must have parental consent

- We do not collect information from children under 13

3.2 Geographic Access

Platform is available globally. Some courses may have geographic restrictions based on licensing or regulations.

4. PLATFORM ACCESS & USE

4.1 License Grant

LMSZAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

- Access and use Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes

- Enroll in and access purchased courses

- Download content where explicitly permitted

4.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works

- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access Platform

- Circumvent security measures or restrictions

- Interfere with Platform operation

- Use Platform for illegal purposes

- Resell or redistribute course content

- Remove copyright notices

- Frame or mirror Platform content

- Reverse engineer any Platform software

5. COURSE ENROLLMENT & ACCESS

5.1 Course Purchases

- Prices displayed in specified currency

- Prices subject to change without notice

- Promotional pricing may have time limits

- Payment required before access granted

5.2 Course Access

- Lifetime Access: Most courses provide permanent access

- Subscription Access: Access while subscription is active

- Updates: Future course updates included

- Platform Changes: Access method may change with updates

5.3 Course Completion

- No time limit for course completion (unless specified)

- Certificates issued upon meeting requirements

- Progress tracked automatically

- Completion may be required for advanced courses

6. PAYMENT & BILLING

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept:

- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

- PayPal

- UPI (India)

- Net Banking

- Regional payment methods

6.2 Pricing & Taxes

- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated

- Currency conversion rates may vary

- All prices subject to change

6.3 Subscription Billing

- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

- Billing Cycle: Monthly or annually as selected

- Price Changes: 30 days notice for subscription price changes

- Failed Payments: Service may be suspended until payment resolved

7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

7.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

- Full refund within 30 days of purchase

- Must have consumed less than 30% of content

- Cannot have received certificate

- Refund to original payment method

7.2 Subscription Refunds

- Monthly: Refundable within 7 days of first charge

- Annual: Refundable within 30 days

- No refund for partial billing periods after 30 days

7.3 Refund Exceptions

NOT available for:

- Purchases over 30 days old

- Completed courses with certificates

- Excessive refund requests (abuse prevention)

- Third-party purchases

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Platform Ownership

All content including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software is owned by LMSZAI, instructors, or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Course License

When purchasing a course, you receive limited license to:

- Access and view content for personal learning

- Download materials where permitted

- Use knowledge for personal or commercial purposes

You may NOT:

- Share login credentials

- Record, screenshot, or redistribute content

- Create competing courses

- Sell or sublicense access

8.3 Trademarks

"LMSZAI" and logos are trademarks. Use requires written permission.

9. USER CONTENT

9.1 Submissions

You may submit:

- Course reviews and ratings

- Forum posts and comments

- Questions and discussions

- Profile information

9.2 License Grant

By submitting content, you grant LMSZAI worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content.

9.3 Prohibited Content

Do NOT post content that:

- Violates laws or regulations

- Infringes intellectual property rights

- Contains hate speech, harassment, discrimination

- Includes explicit or offensive material

- Promotes violence or illegal activities

- Contains spam or advertising

- Impersonates others

9.4 Content Moderation

We reserve right to:

- Remove content violating Terms

- Suspend accounts posting prohibited content

- Report illegal content to authorities

10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

- Create fake or duplicate accounts

- Hack, reverse engineer, or exploit Platform

- Interfere with Platform security

- Remove copyright notices

- Use automated extraction tools

- Resell course access

- Harass users or instructors

- Post spam or manipulate reviews

- Engage in fraudulent activities

Consequences: Account termination without refund and potential legal action.

11. CERTIFICATES

11.1 Issuance

Certificates issued upon:

- Completing all course requirements

- Passing assessments (if applicable)

- Meeting instructor criteria

11.2 Validity

- Certificates verify course completion

- NOT accredited academic credentials

- NOT equivalent to formal degrees

- May be valued by employers

11.3 Verification

- Unique verification link included

- Third parties can verify authenticity

- Fraudulent certificates revoked

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

12.1 Integrations

Platform may integrate with:

- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay)

12.2 Third-Party Terms

Use of third-party services governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12.3 External Links

- Platform may link to external websites

- We do not endorse or control external content

- Use at your own risk

14. DISCLAIMERS

- Warranties of merchantability

- Fitness for particular purpose

- Non-infringement

- Accuracy or reliability

14.2 No Guarantee

We do NOT warrant that:

- Platform content is accurate, complete, or current

- Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted

- Defects will be corrected

- Platform is free from viruses

14.3 Educational Outcomes

We do NOT guarantee:

- Educational outcomes or results

- Career advancement or employment

- Specific skill acquisition

- Certificate recognition by all employers

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

LMSZAI NOT LIABLE FOR:

- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities

- Service interruptions or unavailability

- Unauthorized access to accounts

- Errors or omissions in content

- Third-party conduct or content

MAXIMUM LIABILITY:

Total liability shall not exceed amount paid to LMSZAI in 12 months preceding claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages. These limitations may not apply to you.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LMSZAI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

- Your use of Platform

- Your violation of Terms

- Your violation of rights of others

- Your submitted content

- Your conduct on Platform

17. TERMINATION

17.1 Termination by You

- Close account through settings anytime

- Contact support for assistance

Upon termination:

- Access to paid courses per license terms

- Subscription access ends at period end

- Account data retained per Privacy Policy

17.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend account for:

- Violation of Terms

- Fraudulent activity

- Extended inactivity

- At our discretion

17.3 Effect

Upon termination:

- License to use Platform terminates

- Must cease all use

- Certain provisions survive (payment obligations, disclaimers, liability)

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

18.1 Informal Resolution

Contact legal@lmszai.com before filing claims to resolve informally.

18.2 Arbitration

Disputes resolved by binding arbitration rather than court, except:

- Small claims court actions

- Intellectual property disputes

- Injunctive relief

Arbitration Terms:

- Individual basis only (no class actions)

- Arbitrator's decision is final

- Location: Bengaluru, India

18.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as class or representative actions.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms governed by laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes: Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

International Users: If accessing from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

20. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve right to modify Terms at any time. Changes effective when posted with updated date.

Material Changes: Email notification to registered users

Minor Changes: Posted without individual notification

Your Continued Use: Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We encourage periodic review of Terms.

21. MISCELLANEOUS

21.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, Privacy Policy, and referenced policies constitute entire agreement.

21.2 Severability

Failure to enforce provision does not waive that provision.

21.4 Assignment

You may not assign Terms. We may assign rights without restriction.

21.5 Force Majeure

Not liable for failure due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics).

21.6 No Agency

Terms do not create partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

21.7 Notices

Notices sent via email or Platform notifications.

Terms provided in English. Translations available but English controls.
